  • Are you able to personalise this design?

Yes! Personalisation can be added to most designs. Message with me with your ideas & we can discuss it.

  • What size is this design?

The sizing of each piece of jewellery can be found in the product description & I always take a photo or 2 with a ruler so you can see the size.

Yes, all of my jewellery can be made either larger or smaller.

It is law that silver jewellery weighing over 7.78g is hallmarked but most of my jewellery weighs under this amount so it isn't hallmarked. In the future I plan to have all of my jewellery hallmarked.

Yes I can. I often send orders as gifts to an different address than those who ordered. Just tick the It's a gift box & let me know the address you would like me to send it to. When you tell me its a gift no invoice will be sent with the order to keep your gift a surprise.

  • Can you add a message to my order?

Definatley, just message me what you would like it to say.

Yes. Just message me within 14 days of ordering to discuss it & return the item within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for paying return postage (& postage for exchanged items).

  • How do I care for my jewellery?

I use Pure silver .999, to make the charms/main elements of my jewellery & Sterling silver .925 chains, clasps & wire

Pure & sterling silver last a lifetime but sterling silver can tarnish over time (which is perfcetly normal).

To help prevent tarnish

- Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming or washing up

- Dry it when it does get wet

- Allow perfume to dry before you put your jewellery on

- Store your silver jewellery in an air tight container

When your jewellery needs a clean it can be easily done at home using a homemade cleaning solution using bicarbonate of soda or use a silver polishing cloth. See my blog for an indepth guide to cleaning your silver jewellery the eco friendly way.
