Personalising In-Stock Jewellery Designs Q: Are you able to personalise jewellery designs that are in stock?
A: Absolutely! Personalisation can be added to most designs. Feel free to message me with your ideas, and we can discuss the possibilities together. Sizing Information Q: What size is this design?
A: You can find the sizing of each piece of jewellery in the product description. Additionally, we provide photos with a ruler to give you a clear idea of the size.
Q: Can you make this in a different size?
A: Yes, all of our jewellery can be made either larger or smaller to accommodate your preferences.
Hallmarking Q: Is the jewellery hallmarked? A: By law, silver jewellery weighing over 7.78g must be hallmarked. However, most of our jewellery weighs under this amount and therefore isn't hallmarked. In the future,
we plan to have all of our jewellery hallmarked, regardless of weight. Shipping to Alternate Addresses Q: Can you send my order to another address? A: Yes, we can! We frequently send orders as gifts to addresses different from the billing address. Simply tick the "It's a gift" box and provide the desired shipping address. Rest assured, when you indicate that it's a gift, no invoice will be included with the order to keep your gift a surprise. Returns and Exchanges Q: Can I return or exchange the item? A: Yes, you can. Just message me within 14 days of ordering to discuss the details and return the item within 30 days. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying return postage (and postage for exchanged items).
